Edwardstone House
Betty, Anne and the two girl friends were driven to Sudbury station to
catch the train to London,Betty and Anne to stay at 15 Pelham Court. Pippa played
tennis at Sudbury in morning.
In afternoon Polly and I drove to Harry and Violet Henby's house at
Woodbridge; also there Dr and Mrs Alford? and Admiral and Mrs Albrook?
A lovely afternoon, the tide on the Deben was high.
Saw swallows and house martins today for the first time since last October.
Thursday, 26 April
Pippa and Wilma in Pippa's car went to Ipswich and on to Freston - saw
Leslie - then on to Pin Mill and back via East Bergholt.
